Below is a short recap of the January Planning Board Meeting.
- Planning Board began the first of several UNC School of Government E-Module learning sessions. They followed this learning session with a review of Subsections 156.001 through 156.012 of the zoning ordinance discussing mostly definitions that need revisions for clarity and definitions that were missing and should be considered. This discussion is expected to continue at the February meeting.
- Staff provided a review of the Town Council meeting, projects and the result from the lighting survey that was conducted in the fall of 2025.
