TRAFFIC
- Officers issued 27 traffic enforcement actions during the week.
PROPERTY CHECKS
- 246 business checks were made.No unsecured doors were found.
- 2 extra patrols were requested by out-of-town property owners this week.
INCIDENTS OF INTEREST
- Noise Disturbance (Ocean Way Court)
On October 8, 2025, a caller reported a potentially “unruly group” in the area and he wanted to know what could be done if the group became noisier into the night. The caller was advised of his options and provided the non-emergency number.
- Suspicious Noise (Halyard Court)
On October 10, 2025, a caller reported a loud noise, described as sounding like a leaf blower, coming from the residence throughout the night. Officers determined the noise was coming from a pool pump. The rental management company was contacted and the pumps were turned off.
- Assist Person (Duck Road)
On October 11, 2025, a caller reported their spouse was unable to get their car started after work. Officers tried to assist the subject by attempting to jump start the vehicle but were unsuccessful. The subject elected to wait in the lobby for a ride.
