The Town of Duck is seeking an experienced building inspector who holds North Carolina standard certifications in the building, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades. Level I certification in all trades is required; Probationary Level II certifications or above are preferred. The hiring range for this position is $74,585-$115,607, depending on education, experience, certifications, and training.
