This dual role position manages planning, zoning, capital projects, public facilities, and inspections, and serves as Assistant Town Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee capital projects, including parks, facilities, boardwalks, and shorelines.
• Manage development reviews, zoning, and inspections.
• Supervise planning, code enforcement, and public facilities staff.
• Handle contracts, budgets, grants, and procurement.
• Lead long-term planning and public engagement efforts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Public Administration, planning, or related field (MPA preferred).
• Strong experience in local government, capital projects, and community development.
• Expertise in zoning, infrastructure planning, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
