Road striping work is currently underway in Duck, from Sunset Grille to the Duck/Corolla border. The timing of this work changed unexpectedly, and we were not made aware in advance. Expect traffic delays and plan accordingly. We understand this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Fred Smith Company expects to complete the standard thermo-striping today. They will need to return next week to install the “profile lines,” which are special edge lines designed to function like rumble strips to improve safety. We will provide updates as they are provided to us.
