- Council approved a contract with HHLD, LLC for Duck Trail improvements between Wood Duck Drive and Pintail Drive
- Council adopted Resolution 26-02, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the American Shore & Beach Preservation Association
- Police Corporal Mitchell Ardinger was recognized for 5 years of service with the Town
- Council voted to table the unexpired vacancy on the Board of Adjustment until their February 4, 2026, meeting
- Council adopted Resolution 26-01, regarding a policy related to the emergency pumping of floodwater
- Council authorized public hearings on Ordinance 26-01 – Ordinance 26-04 for their February 4, 2026, meeting
- Council voted to further discuss peddlers and itinerant merchants at their annual Retreat on February 24-25, 2026
- The next meeting will be the Mid-Month Meeting on Wednesday, January 21st at 10:00am
