The Town of Duck is seeking applicants to fill seven vacancies on the Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment is a “quasi-judicial” administrative body that interprets and applies the Town of Duck Code of Ordinances who hear and decide appeals from any administrative official charged with enforcing the Code of Ordinances as well as hearing variance requests.
Please note that as part of the application process, individuals will be required to attend the June 4, 2025, Town Council meeting to introduce themselves, explain their association with Duck, as well as why they want to be appointed to the Board of Adjustment. Please note that applications are considered a public record (name, address, telephone number(s), email address(es), etc.) and will be posted as part of the Council agenda packet unless you contact the Town Clerk to have information redacted from the application.
