TRAFFIC

  • Officers issued 24 traffic enforcement actions during the week. 

PROPERTY CHECKS

  • 147 business checks were made. 4 unsecured doors were found.
  • 1 extra patrol was requested by an out-of-town property owner this week.      

INCIDENTS OF INTEREST

  • Breaking and Entering (Sprigtail Drive)

On April 21, 2025, a caller reported an ex-boyfriend entered her residence without permission. The caller refused to pursue criminal charges.

  • Fail to Work After Being Paid (Seabreeze Drive)

On April 22, 2025, officers received a call in reference to a contractor not completing a job after being paid. Further investigation is pending.

  • Suspicious Condition (Osprey Ridge Road)

On April 23, 2025, officers received a report of mail not being delivered, but there was no evidence of theft at the time of report. Further documentation will be pursued by the caller.

  • Fraud (Martin Lane)

On April 25, 2025, officers received a report of attempted fraud. The complainant provided a letter from “Publisher’s Clearing House” and a check. The check was counterfeit and was written on the account of a Canadian company. The Canadian company was notified, and it was found a local investigation was being conducted in Quebec. The complainant did not fall victim to the scam.
