TRAFFIC

• Officers issued 10 traffic enforcement actions during the week. 

PROPERTY CHECKS

• 168 business checks were made. 3 unsecured doors were found.

• 16 extra patrols were requested by out-of-town property owners this week.      

INCIDENTS OF INTEREST

• Dispute (Duck Road)

On December 8, 2025, officers responded to this location for a verbal argument between a renter and the owner of the condominium. The renter insisted that she made a reservation but the owner advised that no reservation had been made. Officers kept the peace and assisted the renter to find other accommodations.

• Suspicious Person (Poteskeet Drive)

On December 9, 2025, officers responded after a suspicious person was seen on camera walking around the homeowner’s residence. Officers found the home to be secure and were unable to locate the suspicious person in the area.

• No traffic crashes were reported this week.
