TRAFFIC

• Officers issued 35 traffic enforcement actions during the week.

PROPERTY CHECKS

• 156 business checks were made.No unsecured doors were found.
• 123 Seasonal property checks were made. 1 unsecured door was found.
• 25 extra patrols were requested by out-of-town property owners this week.     

INCIDENTS OF INTEREST

• Suspicious Condition (Duck Road)

On January 19, 2026, officers on patrol spotted a known subject on foot who was recently observed on camera the week prior walking under people’s homes at night. When officers attempted to make contact with the subject, he quickly fled the area on foot. After obtaining additional video footage, officers were able to positively identify the subject.

• Larceny (Brandon Court)

On January 20, 2026, officers responded to the above address regarding the larceny of two No Trespassing signs from the property. A report was taken and officers advised that they would conduct extra patrols in the area.

• Suspicious Condition (Pintail Drive)

On January 22, 2026, officers responded after a caller observed a male underneath her house attempting to open a door. The suspect fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. Officers checked the residence and found it to be secure. An investigation is ongoing.
