Notice to Prospective Bidders
The following bid opportunity is for the reconstruction of the multi-purpose path in the vicinity of NC Hwy 12 from Pintail Drive to Wood Duck Drive in the Town of Duck, Dare County, NC. The Bid Package includes to following items:
1. One (1) copy of the proposal;
2. One (1) copy of the E-verify Affidavit;
3. One (1) copy of the plan set by Anlauf Engineering, PLLC (Two pages)

The bid period begins on November 3, 2025 and concludes with a bid opening on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 9:30 am at the intersection of NC 12 and Pintail Drive. The bid opening will occur at 11 am at the Town of Duck Town Hall building on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
