Join Village Yoga for a FREE 45-minite Chair Yoga session. This gentle, accessible class uses a chair for support, making it perfect for all levels- returning after a break, or looking for a low-impact way to move and stretch.
Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you feel refreshed and balanced.
No prior experience needed- everyone is welcome! Chairs will be provided.
