Sound Healing and Meditation

Experience deep relaxation and inner balance through this immersive sound healing and meditation class. Using soothing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gentle tones, these sound vibrations create frequencies shown to support relaxation and activate the body’s parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous system. Sound healing and meditation helps reduce stress hormones, lower heart rate and blood pressure, improve sleep quality, and enhance emotional regulation.

Guided meditation is woven throughout the experience to encourage mindfulness, improve focus, and quiet mental chatter. Together, sound healing and meditation can reduce anxiety, increased feelings of calm, and an overall sense of balance and well-being. This class offers a nurturing space to unwind, reset the mind and body, and leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are.
