Newly appointed Planning Board member Irine Devroude was sworn in.
The March 11, 2026 Planning Board continued its E-Learning through the UNC School of Government and their meeting discussion focused on continuing their review of the zoning ordinance with focus on clarifying, modifying and adding zoning definitions. The Board worked to refine multiple definitions and provide guidance for the development of some new definitions. They will continue to work through the definitions at their next meeting before moving on to the district regulations.
