- Council approved a service agreement with Coastal Protection Engineering for pre-construction service for the 2027 beach nourishment project
- Luke Berry was introduced as Duck Fire Department’s newest firefighter
- Firefighter Matthew Munden was recognized for his promotion to Fire Captain
- Fire Captain Jared Smith was sworn in as the Fire Department’s Fire Marshal
- Council recognized Maintenance Technician Kim Pittman for 5 years of service
- Council adopted Resolution 26-13, honoring and thanking Building Inspector Steven McMurray on his retirement
- Council heard a presentation from Ken Willson of Coastal Protection Engineering regarding the updated beach sand volumes in the nourishment area
- Council adopted Resolution 26-13, revising the Town’s Personnel Policies
- The next meeting will be the Regular meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 1:00pm
