TRAFFIC
- Officers issued 26 traffic enforcement actions during the week.
- Officers took no e-bike enforcement actions during the week.

PROPERTY CHECKS
- 154 business checks were made. No unsecured doors were found.
- 1 extra patrol was requested by an out-of-town property owner this week.
INCIDENTS OF INTEREST
- Suspicious Condition (Old Squaw Drive)
On June 14, 2026, at approximately 5 AM, officers responded to a report of a subject ringing a doorbell and walking around the deck of the residence. The subject was gone when officers arrived. Nothing unusual was noted as officers checked the area.
- Suspicious Condition (Duck Road)
On June 15, 2026, officers responded to a possible breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, it was found that cleaners entered a condo as requested, but the tenants did not realize the cleaning service would be on scene.
- E-Bike Crash (Duck Road and East Bias Lane)
On June 15, 2026, officers responded to a report of two e-bikes crashing on the multi-use path. Officers learned that the two adult riders had obtained the e-bikes the day before and were unfamiliar with the equipment. That unfamiliarity likely contributed to the aggressive application of the front brake, causing one rider to leave the safety of the bike seat. The second rider sustained minor injuries while attempting to avoid the other rider.
- Assault (Duck Road)
On June 20, 2026, officers responded to the report of an assault. The investigation revealed that two juvenile males exchanged words and punches. The fisticuffs began after one male made a comment about “getting a room” to two individuals in a hot tub. The parties separated and left the area prior to officers’ arrival.
TRAFFIC CRASHES
- Duck Road
On June 16, 2026, a delivery truck was backing out of a driveway on Scarborough Lane and struck an eastbound vehicle. No apparent injuries were reported.
- Duck Road
On June 19, 2026, a delivery truck was backing up in the parking lot and struck a parked car. No injuries were reported.
